FAQ
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MATCH ENDS?
If your team loses you will be eliminated from the tournament when the match ends, regardless of how many chips you have.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MATCH ENDS IN A DRAW?
All players will continue in the poker tournament.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE GAMES?
Pick & Go Tournaments will be listed in the client with a special event plate featuring the flags of the two teams participating.
WHAT IF THE MATCH IS POSTPONED?
If a match is postponed, the tournament will likewise be postponed.
The tournament will start simultaneously with the match when it begins.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MATCH IS CANCELED?
If the match is canceled, the buy-in amount will be refunded.
DOES THE BUY-IN DISCOUNT CHANGE IN REAL TIME?
The buy-in discount is determined by the real time match odds, reflecting the score and remaining game time.
Promotion Details and Limitations
- Players must be aged 18+, 19+, 21+ or 24+ depending on their jurisdiction, to participate in the games or promotions.
- Prize pools, guarantees, promotions, tournaments, games, and game features are subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time.
- General Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and the Security & Ecology Policy apply. Actions may be taken against fraudulent activity or breaches of these policies.
- If any players fall under suspicion of fraudulent activity, GGPoker has the right to investigate and remove the players.
- Pick & Go tickets for each match (discounted buy-in tickets) can only be used before the match/tournament starts.
- You cannot do a regular buy-in until the match has ended.
- Registration after the end of the game cannot receive a match discount and must pay full price.
- Odds can be changed at any time until the end of the game, and the odds will be set manually.
- If a match is postponed, the tournament will likewise be postponed.
- If a match is canceled, the tournament will likewise be canceled.
- When a tournament is canceled, each player’s buy-in amount will be returned as a refund.
